Mr. David Madhan Kumar a result oriented professional with an entirely different modern approach to the spinning industries. He did Bachelor of Technology in (Textile) , Master of Technology in (Textile) , and Master Of Business Administration in (International Marketing), worked around 27 years hands on experience in Spinning Plant Operations, Business Development, Operational Management Projects. Sourcing, Industrial relation Management, Working Capital Management, Finance, Training, and various Multi-Functional exposure in spinning industries.
Expertise in Managing Textile Plant as a whole operations or revamp of under-performing Textile Spinning industries and implementing modern technical aspects, Marketing support of the products to International markets and convert into the decent profit center organization. Determining and implementing training needs of employees for best operational practices, methods, services, systems to enhance their functional efficiency.
He worked in India as well as in Indonesia namely RPG, ISPAT , SAKKU groups in India and in Indonesia - PT. Bitratex Industries Semarang - PT. Pacific Texindo Industry Tangerang - PT, Surya Alam Group at Indonesia. Worked at Indonesia more than 17 years and visited around 12 countries to learn and understand the Spinning Industry best work methods, work culture, practices and their success and their challenges faced.
He also vast experience in trading of FMCG products, industrial raw materials, chemicals and he had been advisor to several textiles and non textiles industries. His main policy is to create more and more entrepreneurial in Indian society.
